Something Interesting is happening to Taipei's Skyline.

It's been nearly a year since I left Taipei and when I went back two weeks ago for a holiday I could not help but wonder what the other building on the horizon was. It was not there last year. The view from Elephant mountain is changing and I cannot wait to see more.
